What is Hypnosis?

Hypnosis...What is that?

 

Clucking like a chicken on stage? Regressing to a 5 year old who has to pee? Crystal balls? As many of us do, our first intro to hypnosis is seeing this kind of behavior on stage. This is one type of hypnosis. It can be very entertaining to watch.

What Hypnosis is...

You are fully aware.

You hear everything.

You are deeply relaxed, not asleep.

What is Hypnotherapy?

 

Hypnotherapy or hypnosis therapy is a therapeutic technique that uses hypnosis to help you create positive change. When you're in hypnosis, you enter a deeply relaxed state of mind, but your mind remains highly focused. It comes down to science. While you’re relaxed, you become more open to suggestions—suggestions that can help shift your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors for the better.

 

In this trance-like state, you can explore your thoughts, feelings, and memories, gaining new perspectives. The goal of hypnotherapy is to leverage that focus and relaxation to help you create real change in your life—whether it’s breaking habits, managing stress, or improving your confidence.

Why Hypnosis Gets Phenomenal Results
